Overview
At MELT, we work with a fulfillment partner based in the United States to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in the United States.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status and progress of your delivery at any time.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, MELT ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you are located outside the United States and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at support@meltrecovery.com.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, MELT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@meltrecovery.com and we will do our best to assist you, though we cannot guarantee a resolution in cases outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MELT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@meltrecovery.com. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet been processed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or for other reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website and update the date accordingly.
