REFUND & RETURN POLICY


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At MELT, we stand behind our product. If you don't notice any results after consistent use, we'll make it right. That's our promise.


Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • At least 7 strips have been used prior to submitting the request
  • This is your first order with MELT — the guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
  • Only one refund request per customer (name, email address, and shipping address)
  • The request is submitted via email to support@meltrecovery.com with your order number included

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@meltrecovery.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address used at checkout
  3. A brief description of your experience and why the product did not meet your expectations
  4. Confirmation that you have used at least 7 strips prior to submitting your request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.


Return of Product

You are not required to return the product. We operate on a keep-it model — if we approve your refund, you keep the product and receive your money back in full.


What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Requests submitted before at least 7 strips have been used
  • Second or subsequent orders from the same customer
  • Products that have been misused, stored incorrectly, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests that do not include an order number or sufficient information
  • Multiple refund requests from the same name, email address, or shipping address
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or flavor preference rather than product effectiveness

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@meltrecovery.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Already processed subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify for the money-back guarantee if it is your first order and all other conditions are met.


Processing Time

  • Refund review: within 2 business days
  • Refund processing: within 5 business days after approval
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
