How long does shipping take? +
Orders are processed within 1 business day. After processing, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your money-back guarantee? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the product.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@meltrecovery.com. After this window your order will have entered fulfillment and can no longer be changed.

When do I take the Sleep Strip? +
Right before bed. Place the strip on your tongue, let it dissolve in 30 seconds, and sleep. No water needed.
Why only 1mg of melatonin? +
Research shows your body only needs around 1mg of melatonin to support healthy sleep. Most pills contain 5 to 10mg ā far more than necessary ā which can leave you feeling groggy the next morning. Our micro-dose works with your body, not against it.
Will I feel groggy the next morning? +
No. The low 1mg dose is specifically chosen to avoid the grogginess that comes with standard melatonin pills. Most people report waking up feeling rested and clear-headed.
Can I take more than one strip per night? +
We recommend one strip per night. One strip contains a complete dose ā more is not more effective and may affect how you feel the next morning.
